History

In June 1994, Gaofeng Forest Farm invested in the construction of the first Guangxi Gaofeng Bisong Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. with 90,000 cubic meters of fiberboard.

In 1998, it changed its name to Guangxi Gaofeng Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd.

In September 1999, Guangxi Gaofeng Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. put into operation the second production line of 70,000 cubic meters of domestic fiberboard.

In May 2002, Gaofeng Forest Farm invested in the construction of Guangxi Gaofeng Rongzhou Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 180,000 cubic meters of fiberboard. In March 2010, it was renamed as Guangxi Gaolin Forestry Co., Ltd.

In November 2009, Gaofeng Forest Farm invested in the construction of Guangxi Gaofeng Wuzhou Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. with 150,000 cubic meters of fiberboard.

In December 2010, Gaofeng Forest Farm and Nanning Arboretum jointly initiated the establishment of Guangxi Huafeng Forestry Co., Ltd. to implement the shareholding system reform.

In April 2011, Huafon Group and Daguishan Forest Farm jointly invested in the construction of Guangxi Gaofeng Guishan Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 300,000 cubic meters of particleboard.

In September 2012, Guangxi Huafeng Forestry Co., Ltd. completed the integration and reorganization of Gaofeng Company, Gaolin Company, Wuzhou Company and Guishan Company's wood-based panel enterprises under the controlling shareholder Gaofeng Forest Farm.

In October 2016, Guangxi Huafeng Forestry Group Co., Ltd. was changed to Guangxi Guoxu Forestry Development Group Co., Ltd. as the main body to carry out the restructuring of wood-based panel enterprises in state-owned forest farms directly under the Guangxi District.

On June 26, 2017, the headquarters of Guangxi Guoxu Forestry Development Group Co., Ltd. moved to Huasen Building.

In June 2019, Guangxi Guoxu Dongteng Co., Ltd. was established, and the technical transformation and upgrading will be completed in 2021, with an annual production of 450,000 cubic meters of fiberboard On October 16, 2019, the relocation and technical upgrading project of Guangxi Gaolin Forestry Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony. In 2021, the technical transformation and upgrading will be completed, and the annual production of fiberboard will be 250,000 cubic meters. On December 26, 2019, Guangxi Forest Industry Group Co., Ltd. was unveiled.

In February 2020, Guangxi Guoxu Spring Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. was established, with an annual production of 60,000 cubic meters of plywood.On November 1, 2020, Guangxi Guoxu Guirun Wood-Based Panel Co., Ltd. was unveiled and established, which started a new round of integration and reorganization of the group.The annual production of plywood is 70,000 cubic meters.In May 2020, Guangxi Forest Industry Import and Export Trade Co., LTD was established.

In 2021, Guangxi Forest Industry Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd. will carry out business reorganization and begin to engage in domestic bulk goods trade and wood-based panel export trade.
