Black Film faced plywood is concrete formwork with impregnated film paper finish, the board surface is impregnated with waterproof phenolic resin and then hot-pressed at high temperature. What are the process characteristics of "Gaolin" Black Film faced plywood?
As an upgraded product of architectural plywood, the “Gaolin” Black Film faced plywood is more detailed, in addition to adopting the whole core and whole board, this board is double-coated with Finland TAYLOR phenolic resin film paper, which makes the template more flat and smooth, and easier to take off the mold.
Eucalyptus logs, which have small knots and good toughness, are selected for the rotary cutting of full whole-core veneers and dried. The veneer is laid and glued several times to exclude voids in order to guarantee that the panels do not leave traces of carbonization.
The surface coating is extremely waterproof Finnish TAYLOR phenolic resin adhesive with high gluing strength and no opening.
The laminating plate template is sanded and then laminated after hot-pressing and shaping (secondary molding), which ensures that each template has uniform thickness, high compactness and gluing strength, reduces plastering work and improves work efficiency.
Good thermal insulation performance, small thermal conductivity, in the winter concrete construction can improve the anti-freezing performance, improve the quality of construction.
