This product is (Class III) plywood used in a dry environment. The raw material of the product is selected from the artificially planted eucalyptus in Guangxi, China. After precision processing, it is rotary cut into high-quality veneer, and the moisture content of the veneer is evenly controlled by the drying system. , The veneer is laid multiple times and glued, and the finished product is pressed through multiple processes such as hot pressing. According to the customer’s requirements for environmental performance, urea-formaldehyde gule or lignin-free gule is selected, and the formaldehyde emission of the product can meet the E₁/CARB P2/E₀/E_NF standard , and passed the California Air Commission (carb) P2 and no aldehyde addition certification. After sanding and sawing, the product has straight size, smooth surface, strong structural stability, high bonding strength and small deformation.According to customer demand, the factory can paste mahogany core on both sides of the board, and subsequent customers can paste high-grade skin and UV paint processing technology; the factory can also paste technical wood professionally for subsequent customers to directly paste triamine facing paper technology. The format size of the product is 1220*2440 (2745, 2800, 3050), and the thickness is 9-25mm.The Products are unprocessed plain wood-base panel.
