Details
The products are mainly used for ordinary furniture and decorative fiberboards in indoor environments or outdoor dry environments with protective measures. Usually, secondary surface treatment is required, such as pressing, painting, shallow engraving and milling, stickers, and wood chips. , Blister and so on. Our group mainly sells this product as medium density fiberboard that uses MDI no aldehyde glue and does not use urea-formaldehyde glue. MDF with formaldehyde emission ≤0.025mg/m3 up to ENF standard by climate chamber method, which fully meets the needs of customers for green, health and environmental protection. The density is around 730g/cm3, and the surface is sanded. The board surface smooth, the material is delicate, the structure is reasonable, the board is not easy to deform, the physical performance is stable, the edge is firm, the material is uniform, the size tolerance is small, the density structure is uniform, and the finish performance is superior. The regular format size of the product is 1220mm×2440mm, and the thickness ranges from 1.8mm to 40mm. The Products are unprocessed plain wood-base panel, which can be customized. The formaldehyde emission of the product can meet the ENF/F4 star standard.
